The Nurul Islam Association, Brunei Muara District in collaboration with the Da'wah Development Division, Islamic Da'wah Centre, held a Khatam Al-Quran and Kesyukuran Ceremony.  Held in conjunction with the night of Nisfu Syaaban, it was held at the Islamic Da'wah Centre.

Present was Pengiran Hajah Haslina Suriani binti Pengiran Haji Piut, Acting Assistant Director of Islamic Da'wah Centre. The Kesyukuran Ceremony was held for a member of Nurul Islam Association, Awang Haji Mohd Nabil Hakim bin Haji Mohd Nabil Hafizuddin, who successfully completed the reading of Al-Quran after graduating from Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute.  The ceremony included a Talk titled “Bulan Syaaban Menjelang Ramadan".
